We now offer a cattle collection point at Smith Farms, south-
east of Butler, MO. on 52 Hwy. Trucks run every Friday and
Saturday to Ft. Scott.

• Yard man on duty during the week and all night Friday to receive cattle and all night Saturday usually till noon on Sunday to load out. PLEASE NOTE:  if sale gets over early with a short run or they don't expect trucks in, they will get their chores done & lock up, it is not a given that our men will stay all night Saturday.   If Office has NOT been told to hold your check for pickup, they are NOT available for load-out guys to get for you.  Do not call load-out Phone# to pick up a check if door is locked!!  Sunday check pickup is an "iffy" situation, best to pickup Saturday or Monday if you can please. 
• PLEASE ADVISE THE OFFICE IF YOU WILL BE PICKING UP YOUR CONSIGNER CHECK OTHERWISE THEY WILL BE MAILED OUT ON MONDAY, OR THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, AFTER SATURDAY SALE. We mail both sale day checks out together on Monday, no mail goes out on Friday or Saturday.
