USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values higher on moderate to fairly good demand and light to 
moderate offerings. Select and Choice rib, chuck, round, and loin cuts steady 
to 
firm. Beef trimmings lower on light to moderate demand and moderate offerings.

Weekly Egg Sets for the week ending 11/15 - 214 million, up 2% from eggs sets a 
year ago. Chick placement week ended 11/15- 168 million, up 1% from a year ago.

11/25    New York Eggs
Prices are **4** cents higher on Extra Large and Large, unchanged on 
Medium.  Trade sentiment is steady to higher.   Supplies are very 
light to moderate, lighter on larger sizes.  The New York shell 
egg inventory is 10 percent less than last Monday.  Offerings are 
light.  Demand is fairly good to good.  Market activity is active.
