Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values higher on moderate to fairly good demand and moderate 
offerings. Select and Choice rib cuts steady while chuck, round, and loin cuts 
firm. Beef trimmings mostly slightly lower on light to moderate demand and 
heavy offerings.
