Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on Choice and steady on Select on light to 
moderate demand and light offerings. Select and Choice rib, round, and loin 
cuts steady while chuck cuts weak to lower. Beef trimmings lower on light 
demand and moderate offerings.

steady. The undertone is steady to higher. Supplies are usually moderate for
needs. The New York shell egg inventory is 2% higher than a week ago. Offerings
are light to moderate. Demand is moderate to fairly good. Market activity is
moderate to active.
