Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values higher to sharply higher on moderate to good demand
and moderate to heavy offerings. Select and Choice rib cuts firm to higher
while chuck and round cuts steady. Choice loin cuts steady while Select higher.
Beef trimmings sharply higher on good demand and light to moderate offerings.
