USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values weak on light to moderate demand and moderate to heavy
offerings. Select and Choice rib cuts firm, round and loin items weak, and chuck
cuts lower. Beef trimmings sharply lower on light to moderate demand and
heavy offerings.
