Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values higher on moderate demand and light offerings. Select 
and Choice rib, chuck, round, and loin cuts steady to firm. Beef trimmings 
lower on light demand and light to moderate offerings.
