Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower to sharply lower on light to moderate demand and 
offerings. Select and Choice chuck and round cuts steady to weak while rib and 
loin cuts weak to lower. Beef trimmings slightly to moderately lower on light 
demand and moderate offerings.
